Are you looking to leverage your skills in paid search and learn more about programmatic display, social and TV? Then we might have what you’re looking for. Mindbox is on the look out for an experienced paid search executive or manager who is keen to expand their skill set into the world of programmatic advertising. This is a maternity leave contract of 12 months with the possibility of going perm. The correct candidate with be able to work independently and constantly striving to bring the best for Mindbox’s clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Daily management, strategy and optimisation of all paid search activity across Mindbox’s client portfolio
  • Manage client portfolio through regular contact over phone, email and face-to-face
  • Regularly consult with clients on their integrated marketing mix, providing guidance on how different strategies will impact on all digital channels
  • Compile reporting with the assistance of an Account Executive and provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients
  • Assist in the management of an Account Executive
  • Assist in preparing and presenting on new business opportunities
  • Train other staff members and clients on best practice in search

To be eligible for the role, you will have:

  • 3-4 years’ experience managing paid search campaigns across Google, Bing and Yahoo
  • Be an Australian citizen or already have a visa to live and work in Australia in a full time role
  • Proven track record for delivering campaigns across digital media
  • Advanced skills in analysing, formatting and presenting work across MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word
  • Ability to work independently, managing expectations across all stakeholders
  • Ability to juggle and prioritise multiple competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a team setting as well as independently
  • Conceptual thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Creative yet pragmatic problem solver
  • In depth and working knowledge of current marketing trends, their impact on business strategies
  • Experience across programmatic trading desks, ad-ops, paid search and SEO are all highly advantageous, but not mandatory
